The Project
REBLD was tasked with the challenge of completely overhauling a previously renovated unit to condo-level quality in between a former tenant moving out and a new tenant moving in. In approximately 30 days, the construction team made structural upgrades that opened the family room to the sun room, upgraded the two bathrooms and kitchen, painted, refinished the floors, and replaced all the plumbing and electric trim. The result was a stunning condo-level quality result that allowed ownership to significantly increase rent.
