REBLD is currently overseeing the massive overhaul of this former furniture store on Lincoln Ave.! This project is a “full gut” in every sense including a very heavy structural repair and upgrade, retrofitting a beautiful existing timber structure with new steel. The finished product will be 16 beautiful luxury rentals complete with a new commercial space and below-ground parking.
