A full-gut renovation of seven-units in less than six months
REBLD worked closely with ownership all the way from pre-closing to determine a construction strategy that would allow a full renovation of six units and the addition of a full garden build-out to work.

The Project
REBLD delivered the most comprehensive, turnkey service possible at this project. The REBLD team put together a preliminary construction budget while walking the property with ownership prior to an offer being submitted to ensure constructability within ownership's budget. And then worked closely with subcontractors post-close to determine the best unit layouts. REBLD also coordinated all utility connections, material orders and move-in punch lists delivering ownership a hands-off, rent-ready product.
